Supported development and implementation of the Multimedia Inspection (MMI) Program which identified and supported correction of any compliance issues. Provided oversight in all major environmental regulations including RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, SDWA, TSCA, FIFRA, and the State of New Mexico counterparts of these regulations.

Base-wide air emissions inventory of over 800 sources of air emissions. Populated data into AQUIS database, prepared Title V operating permit application, developed system for tracking compliance with Title V permit, and implemented Aerospace NESHAP and numerous State of Georgia and Federal regulatory requirements.

Air quality assessment of an Environmental Impact Statement for the expansion of the Port of Charleston, SC. Compiled regional air emissions, developed a correlation between regional growth and historical air emissions, established baseline emission levels for criteria air pollutants in the Charleston region, prepared estimates for criteria air pollutant emissions from all sources through the year 2025, and developed a predictive air dispersion model.

All regulatory compliance services including CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA, SPCC, and SWPPP. Services included Title V permit, multiple construction permit applications, stack testing for equipment replacement, annual air emissions inventories, EPCRA 313 reporting, NPDES and pretreatment permitting, and SWPPP and SPCC plan preparation.
